The loyalty card your customers can't leave at home.
It sits in your customer's Apple or Google Wallet. No customer apps, passwords or hassle. Your staff scan the card and tap once to add a stamp or redeem a reward. No expensive scanners to buy, no till integration — it's as simple as it gets.

Don't take our word for it. Put one in your pocket.
This is a real HelloRegulars card, for a café that doesn't exist. It takes about fifteen seconds to add, and it behaves exactly like one of yours would — because joining like this is exactly what your customers will do.
Scan the code with your phone's camera. The card lives in your phone's wallet — it can't be added from a computer.
You're on your phone, so it's one tap:
Make your card. Right now, right here.
Setting up is three steps, and this is the first one, playing in your browser. Type your shop's name, pick the kind of card, and watch it become yours. This is the taster — the real designer, on your business's portal Appearance page, takes any colour you like, your own logo, and your pick of the stamp icons.
That took you about thirty seconds. The real thing takes about five minutes — and the whole setup stays under thirty, because there are only two more steps.
Your customers already have the app. It's called Wallet.
This is a real Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card — not a web page dressed up as one, and not a phone number your staff look up. It sits right next to their credit cards, their boarding passes and their concert tickets. It updates itself the moment you add a stamp. And when you send an offer, it lands on their lock screen.
Say something. It lands on their lock screen.
Send a message to everyone holding one of your cards — once a day, so it stays worth reading. It arrives on their lock screen, next to the messages from people they know.

Questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone.
What do my staff actually do?
Open the scanner on the counter phone or tablet, scan the customer's card, tap once. There's nothing else to learn.
What if a customer gets a new phone?
They enter the email address they signed up with and we send their card straight back — same stamps, same visits remaining. Nothing is lost.
Do I need a new till, or any other hardware?
No, and you don't need to buy a device either. The scanner runs on any reasonably recent iPhone, Android phone, iPad or Android tablet — including the one in your pocket.
Does it connect to my POS?
No — on purpose. Till integration is what makes most loyalty products slow to set up and fragile once they're running. Skipping it is why this one sets up fast and can't break mid-service. If you need till integration, this isn't your product.
I run several locations — will it work?
It's built around one shop, one subscription. A chain needs staff roles and consolidated reporting across sites, and that's a different product.
Can rewards be based on how much someone spends?
No. It counts visits, not dollars — that's the trade that keeps it out of your till entirely. If spend tiers matter to you, you'll want something that plugs into your POS.
Do I need an Apple Developer account?
No — we hold the Apple certificate, so you never deal with Apple at all. Some competitors make you set this up yourself.
What if my customers aren't very tech-savvy?
They point their camera at a code, type their email address, and tap once. There's no app to install and no password to create. They can add their first name if they'd like your staff to greet them by it, but they don't have to.
How long does setup take?
Making the card takes about five minutes, and most shops are taking stamps the same morning.
Can I have more than one card?
Yes — a coffee card and a lunch card, say. Messages go to one card's holders at a time, so nobody gets the same thing twice.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your business's portal. It's month to month.
Who owns the customer data?
You do — download it as a spreadsheet any time. We don't sell it and we never market to your customers. Anyone who ticked the marketing box and confirmed their email address is marked in the export, so you know exactly who you may email.
What if it doesn't work for my shop?
Cancel inside the 30 days and you pay nothing. After that, email me and I'll refund your last month.
Who's behind this
I'm Chris. I built HelloRegulars in Christchurch after watching local cafés cycle through loyalty setups — paper cards that get reprinted and lost, apps customers won't download — and end up settling for something less than ideal.
HelloRegulars puts your loyalty scheme in the wallet your customers already carry, then makes it earn its keep: stamp cards, concession cards and coupons through one scanner, messages that land on your customers' lock screens, offers you can share on social media — and never another card to print.
Email me and you'll get me, not a ticket queue.
